I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel in Dalat! The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. It was so convenient to explore all the attractions and shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially loved the comfortable bed, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring.

The hotel is conveniently located in the garden area, with the lake just a short walk away. the charming garden view is a plus, and rooms are quite spacious. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provides a decent variety of dishes.

The condition of the bathroom was not up to standard.

Great stay! I recently had a city trip and stayed at a hotel that was located in the heart of the city, making it easy to visit all the tourist locations. the rooms were spacious and the bathroom was clean and tidy. One of the key aspects I enjoyed was the friendly staff who were always willing to help. the breakfast buffet was fantastic and had a good selection of food.

Room view the view from my window was not the best. I was given a room that overlooked the parking lot, which was not very appealing.

We had a great stay with easy access to transportation, as the hotel arranged a shuttle that was only slightly more expensive than public transportation. The bed was comfortable and the staff were sympathetic and accommodating. Additionally, the location was central to many attractions, including the garden area and central market.

Spent Christmas here and it was a blast! Loved the big room and the comfy beds. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Being able to do laundry on site was a huge advantage, especially during a long trip. The location was great too, just a short walk from the lake, restaurants, and cafes. The indoor swimming pool was perfect for winter and we enjoyed taking a dip in the morning.

The breakfast was not up to par with our Western tastes but there were still plenty of options to choose from. Just a heads up for those who are used to a more typical breakfast.
